Level 2 Counselling & CD Set (Two hours phone counselling)
I will help you to select a local instructor as part of your counselling session if you wish, as clients who choose 'Level 2' may need driving tuition or coaching with a local instructor to keep costs low.
Also, consider the advice in the booklet when choosing an instructor or select someone who has been recommended.
The main issues covered during the counselling will be focused upon your area of difficulty and the telephone counselling will be two hours in duration.
You will be able to ask about any driving issues you have and the package includes the CD set and booklet.
The first two CDs of the set are an audio version of the booklet. The remaining four CDs are hypnotherapy sessions structured to help nervous or anxious drivers overcome their issues. The CDs should be used regularly to help create the desired change though not whilst driving.
The booklet 'Fear of Driving; The Facts, The Myths; The Answers' (search inside) sets out how driving problems can be overcome or reduced.
The two hours counselling is provided by me after you call at a pre-arranged time.
I will give general advice, but please have a list of questions and issues prapared so that I can cover these areas specifically.
